• B2B sign-up: business name, representative, business reg. number, business license, contact details

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Quote/order processing, consultation, transaction fulfillment (delivery, settlement, tax invoicing)
• B2B partner verification and member management
• Service improvement, statistical analysis, fraud prevention

3. Retention Period

The Company destroys personal information without delay once its purpose is achieved, except where retention is required by law (e.g., contract/withdrawal records 5 years, payment/supply records 5 years, complaint/dispute records 3 years).
